The item is an absolutely stunning antique Imperial Glass Swirl Rib Carnival Marigold shallow bowl, made in America in the early 1920s. This piece was used originally for placing a flower frog in the middle. The luminescence of this piece is beautiful. This 8" footed cupped edge bowl features a decorative swirl rib pattern and a glossy finish, typical of Carnival Glass production style. Handmade with a vibrant orange color and art deco style, this original piece is a unique addition to any collection of decorative cookware, dinnerware, or serveware from the early 20th century. Hand wash only to preserve its antique charm. It is in pristine condition with no cracks, chips, or other flaws whatsoever. This piece is unmarked, and after doing a lot of research online, it is very possible that it is by Imperial Glass.
