This is the Emay Emg-20 portable ECG monitor. I had purchased it a few years ago, but ended up not needing to use it. It is brand new in original packing. I only opened up the box to take the photos. This will record your real-time heartbeat and up to 30 seconds EKG anytime, anywhere.
There is an app you download (available for iPhone or Android) to work with the unit. The portable unit measures approx. 4"L x 1 1/4"W. There are a lot of features and descriptions so I have included a link to the manufacturer's website and everything there is to know about this particular model.
