I believe this is from nearly 30 years ago, a collaboration product between Netz Toyota and Pokemon.
I received it when I bought a new car, and because the number of these in circulation was originally small, it's a very rare item.
My child opened and played with them, so there are a few cards with scratches, folds, and dirt.
However, all 54 cards are present.

(I've posted photos of the most noticeable cards, but there are also minor scratches and dirt on the other cards.)
The condition isn't very good, so I'm offering it at a special price.
