Condition -
1. The set is missing the dough room sign that attaches/ can be removed
2. Candycane sign can not be attached (at one point the end snapped off and remains in the building). A suggestion to fix is to glue very small thin magnets to the building and the sign
3. No chips or cracks
4. Box shows storage wear. Smoke free
